Registration for the 2024 season will Open April 21st
Registration
$130
- Registration for each additional sibling is only $65.
- Registration will increase by $50 per player after June 1, 2024.
- A limited number of scholarships are available to cover the cost of registration. See below to learn more about scholarships.
Equipment Deposit
$40
- Every player must pay an Equipment Deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the season when all equipment is returned.
- The Equipment Deposit is not covered by a scholarship.
Volunteer Deposit
$40
- Each family must pay a Volunteer Deposit. If your family volunteers at least three times during the season (or six times, if you receive a scholarship), your deposit will be refunded at the end of the season.
- The Volunteer Deposit is not covered by a scholarship.
Scholarships
In an effort to give all youth an opportunity to play football, Ephrata Youth Football offers scholarships. The scholarship covers the cost of registration, but the recipient is still responsible to pay the Equipment Deposit and Volunteer Deposit. We have a limited number of scholarships available, so apply soon! Applications are due by June 30, 2024. Download the 2024 EYF Scholarship Form to learn more about the requirements for a scholarship and how to apply. If you are applying for a scholarship, please do not register your player until you receive your scholarship approval and discount code.
- The button below, under "Fall 2023 Registration" will say "Register" when registration is open.
- After clicking the button, you will be taken to TeamSnap.
- If you already have a TeamSnap account, you may be asked to log in; otherwise, you will need to set up an account in order to register and receive future communications from Ephrata Youth Football.
- Fill out the registration form, taking care to complete all required items.
- You will have the option to include insurance for your registration. (This insurance is offered by TeamSnap, not Ephrata Youth Football.)
- You will have the following payment options:
- Pay in full online.
- Pay a deposit online and set up installments to be paid in full by June 30.
- Print a form to mail to Ephrata Youth Football along with a check. by June 30.
- First year players are required to submit a copy of their birth certificate. You will have the option to upload the birth certificate during registration, or you can email it to lara.paparo@gmail.com.
- All players must submit a completed Red Rose Football League Player Contract and Physical Form before the player is allowed to practice.
