Ephrata Youth Football registration for the 2023 season is open! Registration is open to Ephrata area youth who are 7 – 12 years old as of June 1, 2023.

New this year, registration will be done through TeamSnap, so you will need to log in to your existing TeamSnap account or set up a new one in order to register and receive future communications from Ephrata Youth Football.

FEES AND PAYMENT

Fees are as follows:

  • $130 for registration (registration for each additional sibling is only $65; a $50 late fee applies after June 30)
  • $40 volunteer deposit (one volunteer deposit per family; refundable at the end of the season if your family volunteers at least 3 times during the season; or 6 times, if the player receives a scholarship)
  • $40 equipment deposit (one equipment deposit per player; refundable at the end of the season when all equipment is returned)

A limited number of scholarships are available on a first come first serve basis and covers the cost of registration only. Scholarship recipients are still responsible for paying the volunteer deposit and equipment deposit. You can access the scholarship application on the Files page or Registration page of our website.

You have three options for paying your registration, volunteer deposit and equipment deposit fees. The easiest, most efficient option is to pay the full amount online during registration. Option number two is to make a deposit online, with additional installments to be paid online by June 30. A processing fee is added to online payments. The final option is to complete your registration, select Pay Offline and print a form to be mailed with a check to Ephrata Youth Football.

DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

All players must complete and submit the Red Rose Football League Player Contract and Physical Form. The form can be downloaded from the Files page or Registration page of our website. The form must be signed by the player, a parent or guardian and a doctor. Physicals completed before January 2023 are not valid. All players are required to submit this completed form before they are allowed to practice. Ephrata Youth Football and the Red Rose Football League do not require a PIAA physical form.

First year players (regardless of age) are required to submit a copy of their birth certificate. The birth certificate only needs to be submitted the first year and will be kept on file. The birth certificate can be uploaded during registration or emailed to lara.paparo@gmail.com.

SCHEDULE AND COMMUNICATION

Practices will begin the first week of August, with the first game likely the weekend of Labor Day. You will receive more details from your team’s coach in July.
